• Process transactions securely through licensed PSPs (Stripe, Klarna, Master/Visa Card, etc.)

4. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party providers to:

• Process payments and handle escrow services (licensed PSPs)
• Verify freelancer identity and F-skatt status (BankID, ZignSec, Onfido, or similar services)
• Assist in analytics, customer support, or platform maintenance

All payments on the platform are processed via licensed third-party PSPs (Stripe, Klarna, etc.). Allolancer does not hold user funds directly. Freelancers must connect a Stripe account to receive funds. Payments are enabled only when verification status = Verified (Level 3).

• Payments are held in escrow by the PSP until project completion.
• Upon completion, PSPs release:
  • Freelancer earnings (minus platform fees)
  • Allolancer commission and/or subscription fee
• You agree to the PSP's terms in addition to Allolancer's Terms.
• Allolancer is not responsible for delays, errors, or disputes arising from PSP services.
